Digital and Virtual Goods
Most items sold on this store are digital or virtual goods, delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once an order has been delivered or fulfilled. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital or virtual items after delivery, except as required by applicable law.
Order Issues
If you experience a problem with your order — such as non-delivery, an incorrect item, or a technical issue — please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at fwbitta21@gmail.com . We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include redelivery or a refund at our discretion.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases including but not limited to: non-delivery due to a verified technical error on our end, an item that doesn't match what was purchased, or duplicate/accidental charges. Refunds are not available for change of mind after delivery, misuse of a purchased item, providing incorrect account/delivery information, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us directly at fwbitta21@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and affect your ability to make future purchases.
